Refund policy
LiPingMall offers genuine and original batteries for Robot Cleaning Devices and wish every customer to get the right product in working order. Please read the policy listed below before placing an order.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have the right to return the item within 30 days of it being delivered.
To start a return, contact us at:

I would like your order number, the name of the product, the date of delivery, and the reason for the return to be included.
2. Returns of non-defective items
So long as you have ordered the wrong item, no longer require the product, or have changed your mind, you can return the product within 30 days of it being delivered.
The item has to be unused, undamaged, and sent back in the original packaging.
For non-defective returns:
The buyer is responsible for paying the cost of return shipping.
– The original shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Once we have received and checked the returned product, a refund will be given.
– We could reduce the refund or refuse it if the item returned is damaged, has missing parts, or is not in resaleable condition.
3. Items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect
Please get in touch with us within 72 hours of delivery if the item you have received is defective, damaged, or differs from what you ordered.
It would be helpful if you could include some photos or a short video showing the problem, the product label, and the package label.
For confirmed defective, damaged, or wrong items:
– We will provide a free replacement, issue a refund, or give another reasonable solution.
– If a return is needed, we will pay for the cost of returning the item.
We can give you a prepaid return label or pay for the cost of returning the item after we have received the return tracking receipt.
4. Refund Processing
Once we have received and checked your return, we'll let you know if the refund is going to be approved.
Once the refund has been approved, it will be sent back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. However, your bank or payment provider might take extra time to credit your account.
5. One-Year Product Warranty
The batteries which are sold by LiPingMall as replacements come with a 1-year limited warranty covering any manufacturing defects when used under normal conditions.
The warranty covers:
– Battery cannot charge normally
– Battery cannot hold charge due to a manufacturing defect
– Battery is not recognized due to a confirmed product fault
– Other confirmed manufacturing defects
The warranty does not cover:
– Normal battery capacity decrease over time
– Incorrect installation
– Incompatible device model or wrong part number ordered by the customer
– Damage caused by misuse, drops, water, overheating, overcharging, or improper storage
– Device motherboard, charger, software, or charging-circuit problems
– Products modified, opened, repaired, or tampered with by the customer
– Products purchased from other sellers
Wherever the defect is covered by the warranty, we will give a replacement, issue a refund, or provide some other reasonable solution; and if a return is needed, we will give you the instructions for returning the item.
6. Return Address
We ask that you get in touch with us prior to making any return, since the right return address will depend on the order in question, the type of product, and the shipping location.
Returns that are sent without previous approval will not be accepted.
7. Compatibility Responsibility
Replacement batteries vary from model to model. Before placing an order, please make sure you check the battery's part number, voltage, capacity, and the model of the device it is compatible with.
If you're not sure, please get in touch with us before buying and we'll assist you with verifying the compatibility.
8. Payment Provider Protection
To achieve the quickest resolution, you should get in touch with us first in the event that there is a problem with your order. This policy does not affect any buyer protection rights that you have through your payment provider.
